After receiving your order confirmation email, orders are usually processed within 1 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping time for the US & Australia：5 days (deliver from US & AU warehouse)

Shipping time for European Union: 6 days for most EU countries (deliver from EU warehouse)

Shipping time for all other countries: 6~10 working days (deliver on weekdays & weekends).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Holoswim bears all costs to exchange or refund if customers receive defected product for their purchase. 

All holoswim goggles enjoy a 365-Day warranty policy for all major parts. Normal wear and tear is not included.
